摘要
通过分析激情犯罪的案例,探索了激情犯罪的特点,认为激情犯罪的高发人群有:社会底层的民众、屡屡受挫的人、家庭不完整的人、道德素质低劣的人等,预防激情犯罪的实施对策有:健全社会保障机制、完善相关法律法规、重视心理辅导作用、注重发挥教育的功能。
Through analyzing the case of fervor crimes,the characteristics of fervor crlmes are explored.The popular crowd of fervor crimes includes： the populace of social bottom layer,the person of suffering setbacks repeatedly,the person whose family is incomplete,the person whose moral quality is inferior and so on.The implementation countermeasures of preventing fervor crimes include： perfecting social security mechanism,consummating related laws and regulations,placing importance on psychological guidance function,paying great attention to displaying education function.
