摘要
量化技术环节运动参数,优化教学计划和方案,同类项目技术归类,异类项目技能迁移,结合运动技能形成机制,在传统教学法的基础上对排球基本技术进行了项群归类的教学实验。结果表明:项群归类教学法与传统教学法的有机结合,有利于缩短教学周期,提高教学效果。
On the basis of traditional teaching methods,teaching experiment on the classifing event-group of volleyball basic technique is done by quantizing the movements parameter of skill link,optimizing the teaching plan,classifing the skill of the same item,migrating the skill of the different species,combining the forming institution of sports skills which based on the traditional teaching method,and revealed the following findings:organical combination of the tthe teaching methods of classifing event-group and traditional teaching method,is conducive to shortening teaching cycle and enhance teaching quality.
