农村普通高中贫困生的现状分析及对策思考——基于湖北省Z市的调查

Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Reflection of Poor Students in Rural Ordinary High School——Based on Survey of Z City in Hubei Province

我国普通高中贫困生已成为一个庞大的群体,但普通高中教育阶段还没有建立系统、完善的资助体系。贫困生问题越来越突出,尤其是在农村地区,突出表现为比重高、人数多、家庭负担重、心理压力大。实证分析表明:农村贫困生问题的产生具有多层次原因,应强调政府的教育财政职能和政府在教育资源配置中的主体作用;鼓励社会各界积极捐赠,建立普通高中贫困生资助体系,促进教育公平目标的实现。

The poor students of ordinary high schools in our country have become a large group,but a systematic,perfect system has not been established during the period of ordinary high school.Poor students＇ problems become more and more outstanding,especially in rural areas,the outstanding performance is：high proportion,heavy family burdens,and heavy psychological pressure.Empirical analysis shows that the problems of poor students have multi-level reasons.The government＇s financial functions and main role in the allocation of resources should be emphasized,and we should encourage community to donate actively,establish support system for the poor students in high school and promote educational equity goals to achieve.
