摘要
利用水培试验研究了不同基因型甘蔗在缺磷条件下的叶片膜脂过氧化和保护酶系统的变化.结果显示缺磷能引起甘蔗叶片膜脂过氧化程度的提高及保护酶系统活性的改变,不同基因型的变化方式和幅度不同,与其耐低磷特性之间有一定的相关性.
The membrane lipid peroxidation and protective enzyme activity were Compared in leaves ofvarious Sugarcane genotypes in solution culture by full strength and phosphorus- deficient Hoaglandsolution. It showed that phosphorus deficiency could incrase the membrane lipid peroxidation and changethe artivity of protective enzymes. The changes were somewhat different between different genotypes, itmay be connected with the sbility of low phosphorus tolerance.
