糠醛型脲醛树脂胶粘剂贮存稳定性研究

摘要 用FTIR、DSC和动力学粘度测量的方法对糠醛型脲醛树脂胶粘剂结构及贮存期间稳定性进行了研究.得出了糠醛型脲醛树脂胶粘剂的贮存条件及其对贮存稳定性影响的规律.结果表明:糠醛型脲醛树脂存在较多的URON环,所需固化温度较低;环境温度为40℃,胶液的pH值为8.5时,树脂的稳定性能较好,贮存期较长,达对30d以上. The structure and the stability during storag of the uron type urea-formaldehyde resin adhe-sive was studied with dynamics viscosity measure and the FTIR and DSC analysis. The relation betwee re-qvirements during storing and stability was got. THe results show that the urea-formaldehyde resins of theuorn type contain more uron rings; the curing temperature is rather low; the resins could be stored for morethan 30 days with good stablity under the conditions of 40℃ ambient timpersture and a pH value of 8.5.
