2007年克拉玛依市独山子区老年人生存质量调查分析

Analysis on Survey on the Life Quality among the Aged in Dushanzi District of Kelamayi City,2007

[目的]评价克拉玛依市独山子区老年人生存质量。[方法]2007年,在独山子区抽取2个居委会,对常住人口中的60岁以上老人240人采用自制生存质量量表进行调查。[结果]调查240人,生存质量总评分为72.19±8.49分。其中,69岁73.66±8.31分,70-79岁71.56±8.32分,80-91岁66.74±7.89分（P〈0.01）;文盲69.22±8.00分,小学文化71.96±8.72分,中学及以上文化74.00±8.09分（P〈0.01）;性生活正常的为73.53±6.41分,冷淡的为71.05±8.12分,无性生活的为67.32±8.07分（P〈0.01）;经常参加体育锻炼的为73.32±7.75分,不经常参加的为69.94±9.45分（P〈0.01）。调查的240人,高血压患病率为55.83%,慢性胆囊炎/胆石症患病率为38.33%,糖尿病患病率为22.92%,慢性阻塞性肺部疾患患病率为10.92%,冠心病患病率为8.75%,脑血管疾病患病率为7.50%,白内障患病率为4.58%。调查对象95.32%能自由走动,生活可自理;80.00%有良好心境、平和心态;70.83%对家庭及社会仍有责任感;93.75%对生活感到满意或较满意,100.00%的生活环境优良。[结论]独山子社区老年人生存质量属中等,应防治老年慢性病,建立平衡膳食,改善生存质量。

[Objective] To evaluate the life quality among the aged in Dushanzi district of Kelamayi city.[Methods]In 2007,2 communities were sampled in Dushanzi district,a self-made questionnaire on life quality was used to conduct survey among 240 aged people above 60 in the permanent population.[Results]Among 240 surveyed,the total scores on life quality was 72.19±8.49.Among them,69 years old,73.66±8.31 points,70 to 79 years,71.56±8.32 points,80 to 91 years old,66.74±7.89 points（P〈0.01）;illiterate 69.22±8.00 points,primary school education 71.96±8.72 points,secondary and higher education 74.00±8.09 points（P〈0.01）;normal sexual life 73.53±6.41 points,cool sexual life 71.05 ±8.12 points,asexual life 67.32±8.07 points（P〈0.01）;regular exercise,73.32±7.75 points,irregular exercise,69.94±9.45 points（P〈0.01）.Among 240 surveyed,the prevalence rate of hypertension was 55.83%,the prevalence rate of chronic cholecystitis/cholelithiasis was 38.33%,the prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus was 22.92%,the prevalence rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was 10.92%,the prevalence rate of coronary heart disease was 8.75 %,the prevalence rate of cerebrovascular disease was 7.50%,the prevalence rate of cataract was 4.58%.Among the surveyed,95.38% can move around freely,can take care of themselves;83.00% are in good state of mind,peaceful state of mind;70.83% are still responsible for the family and society;95.75% were satisfied or more with life,100.00% are in the fine living environment.[Conclusion]The life quality among the aged in Dushanzi district is at a moderate level.The elderly should prevent chronic diseases,establish a balanced diet,and improve the quality of life.
