2010年民和县拟建某电解铝厂周边人群和环境氟调查

摘要 [目的]为查清拟建工程周边人群地方性氟中毒患病与流行情况。[方法]2010年1月对民和县拟建某电解铝厂周边人群(儿童与成人比较)进行与氟相关的健康危害因素基线调查。儿童氟斑牙诊断采用Dean氏法。儿童尿氟含量,饮用水氟含量均采用氟离子选择电极法测定。粮食和蔬菜氟含量测定用加热-酸浸-电极法测定。[结果]拟建某电解铝厂周围人群饮用水、粮食、蔬菜氟化物含量均在国家规定的最高限值内,分别为:0.21 mg/L、1.17 mg/kg、0.08 mg/kg;44名儿童与61名成人的尿氟未超过国家卫生标准正常值;45名儿童与60名成人中未检出氟斑牙。[结论]当地人群中未检出氟斑牙,拟建电解铝厂周围环境无氟化物污染。 [Objective] To identify the endemic fluorosis prevalence among the population around a planned aluminium factory.[Methods]In January 2010,a baseline survey was made among the population around a planned aluminum factory(children and adults in comparison) on the health hazards associated with the fluoride.Diagnosis of dental fluorosis among children using Dean's method.Fluoride content in urine and drinking water with fluoride ion selective electrode.Determination of fluorine content of grain and vegetables with heat-acid leaching-electrode.[Results]The fluoride content in drinking water,grain,vegetable among the population was in conformity with the provisions of the maximum limit requirements by the state,0.21 mg/L,1.17 mg/kg,and 0.08 mg/kg respectively.The urinary fluorine content of 44 children and 61adults did not exceed the national hygiene standards.The dental fluorosis was not found in 45 children and 60 adults.[Conclusion]The dental fluorosis is not found in the local population,there is no fluoride pollution around the planned aluminum factory environment.
