2007~2009年公主岭市食品卫生检测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Hygienic Quality of Foodstuff in Gongzhuling City,2007-2009

摘要 [目的]了解公主岭市贯彻执行《食品安全法》情况及食品卫生状况,以利于以后开展针对性的卫生监督工作。[方法]对2007-2009年公主岭市市场销售的豆制品、糕点、冷饮和酒类食品抽签杨检测资料进行分析。[结果]2007-2009年合计检测市售食品2 541份,合格的2 512份,平均合格率为98.86%。检测合格率,豆制品为93.00%,糕点类为99.20%,冷饮为99.00%,酒类为98.37%;2007年为98.75%,2008年为99.72%,2009年为98.63%。[结论]2007-2009年公主岭市市场销售视屏的合格率较高。 [Objective] To understand the implementation of the Food Safety Law and the hygienic situation of food in Gongzhuling city,in order to conduct specific health supervision later.[Methods]Analysis was made on the test results of soybean products,pastry,cold drinks and alcohol in Gongzhuling city,2007-2009.[Results]2 541 samples were tested from 2007 to 2009,2 512 were qualified,the average eligible rate was 98.86%.The eligible rates of soybean,pastry,cold drinks and alcohol were 93.00%,99.20%,99.00% and 98.37% respectively.The eligible rates of 2007,2008 and 2009 were 98.75%,99.72% and 98.63% respectively.[Conclusion]The eligible rates of foodstuff in Gongzhuling city are high from 2007 to 2009.
