摘要
热带/亚热带果酒有别于葡萄酒,是以热带与亚热带水果为原料酿造而成的果酒,是酒行业近几年来开发兴起的新型酒种,由于种植热带/亚热带水果大都利用山坡地,并且具有种植面积广、营养丰富、风味突出典型性强等特点,故热带/亚热带果酒具有很好的经济价值与社会价值。本文以荔枝酒和杨桃酒为例,分析了其营养成份、发展瓶颈和品牌建设的阻力,从其营养成份可知,热带/亚热带果酒具有广阔的发展前景,其发展瓶颈主要是地方政府支持力度不够及资本和产业的结合力度不强。品牌建设要注重个性化发展,塑造特色文化,打造高品味的品牌。
Tropical fruit wine is a new type of wine,which not only possesses rich nutrition and unique flavor,but has great economic and social values.In this paper the nutrition of two fruit wines made of Averrhoa carambola and Litchi chinensis was analyzed and the current situation and problems of the tropical fruit industry were discussed.Besides,brand strategies were suggested for the development of the wine.
