微波消解-ICP-MS法测定大米蛋白中的铅 被引量:5

Determination of Lead in Rice Protein by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion Sample Preparation

摘要 本文建立了使用HNO3+H2O2微波消解样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定大米蛋白中铅的方法。对使用仪器的工作参数进行了最佳优化,选用铋(Bi)作内标元素以补偿基体效应。结果表明:方法的检出限为0.86μg/kg,加标回收率为82.6%~108.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.84%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,适用于快速准确测定大米蛋白中的铅元素。 A method was established to determine lead in rice protein by ICP-MS after microwave digestion with a mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.Optimal instrument operation parameters were selected.Element of Bi was chosen as intemal standard to compensate matrix effect.The results showed that the method detection limit,average recovery and relative standard were 0.86 μg/kg,82.6% to 108.2% and 0.84% respectively.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive,suitable for determination of lead in rice protein.
