早杂籼稻糙米代替玉米日粮对肉鸡增重效果的研究

EFFECT OF SUBSTITUTION OF EARLY INDICA HYBRID BROWN \=RICE FOR MAIZE ON THE GROWTH PERFORMANCE OF BROILER

选择同来源出壳１日龄的爱拨益加肉用雏鸡４４０只，随机分为４组，每组１１０只。１组为玉米日粮组，２、３、４组依次以糙米取代日粮中玉米５０％、７０％、１００％。采用对比饲养试验，试验期４５ｄ。试验结果：１、２、３和４组鸡试期末平均体重分别为１．９８０、２．０６７、２．２０６和２．３２５ｋｇ；日增重依次为４２．７、４４．７、４７．８和５０．４ｇ；与对照（１）组比较，２、３、和４组日增重依次提高４．７％、１１．９％和１８．０％；料肉比依次下降０．５％、２．９％和７．１％。试验结果表明，随日粮中糙米代用量的增加，试验鸡体重加快，料肉比和增重成本下降。说明糙米作为肉鸡的能量饲料是可行的、有益的。

Four hundred arbor acre broilers were randomly divided into four groups with 110 broilers in each group.The broiler group 1,2,3 and 4 were fed with brown rice substituted for 0%, 50%,70%,100% maize in the diets.The trial period was 45 d.Average final body weight and average daily gain(ADG)of broilers in group 1,2,3 and 4 were 1.980 kg and 42.7 g,2.067 kg and 44.7 g,2.206 kg and 47.8 g,2.325 kg and 50.4 g,respectively.Compared with group1,the ADG of broilers in group 2,3 and 4 increased by 4.7%,11.9% and 18.0% respectively, and feed conversion and feed cost per kg body gain respectively decreased by 0.5% and 0.04 yuan, \{2.9\}% and 0.13 yuan,7.1% and 0.31 yuan.The results showed that ADG of broiler increased, feed conversion and gain cost decreased,with increasing the amount of brown rice in the diets. Hence,it is practical to substitute brown rice to use for maize.\;
