HISTOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE OLFACTORY LAMELLA OF MANDARIN FISH (Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky)

摘要 应用光学显微镜、扫描及透射电镜观察了鳜嗅板的组织结构。结果表明:鳜的嗅板不发达。初级嗅板排列方式属于G型。感觉上皮连续地分布在初级嗅板的外周区。由纤毛细胞、感觉细胞、支持细胞、粘液细胞及基底细胞组成。在扫描电镜下,纤毛细胞顶端的纤毛多而长;感觉细胞可分成有4~8根短管状纤毛的纤毛感觉细胞和有微绒毛样突起的微绒毛感觉细胞;粘液细胞呈球形或棒状;支持细胞表面有微嵴。在透射电镜下,这些细胞具有一般细胞所具有的细胞器。突出的特点是纤毛细胞内高尔基体两端膨大呈囊泡样,溶酶体在其中形成。感觉细胞内质网及核糖体丰富;支持细胞内有大小不等的囊泡和溶酶体。粘液细胞内有丰富的粘液;基底细胞孕有子细胞。 The histological structure of the olfactory lamellae of the mandarin fish was observed under the light microscope, scanning and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the olfactory lamella of the mandarin fish is not developmental. The pattern of the arrangement of the primary olfactory lamellae of the fish may be classified as type G. The sensory epidermides were continually located on the periphery of the primary olfactory lamellae and consisted of ciliated cells,sensory cells,mucous cells and basal cells. Under the scanning microscope it was observed that long cilia are abundantly arised from the tops of ciliated cells. The sensory may be differentiated into ciliated receptor cells with 48 shortly tubular cilia arised from the top of each cell and microvilus arised from the cellular tops.The mucaus cells are sphere or rod.
