不同基因型烤烟对氮肥形态的适应和在水分胁迫下抗旱性影响的研究 被引量:22

摘要 本文通过盆栽试验,研究了在NH4NO3,NaNO3,UREA和(NH4)2SO4四种形态氮肥下生长的两个烤烟主栽品种K326和NC89在土壤干旱胁迫下抗旱性的差异。同时研究了上述四种氮肥形态对烤烟的有关生物学性状和烟叶产量的影响。实验证明,在同等施肥水平下四种氮肥村烤烟生长的促进效果为NH4NO3>N3NO3>(NH4)2SO4>UREA。其中NC89对NH4-N和UREA的适应能力略强于K326。K326更适应于在NO30N下生长。通过对干旱胁迫下各处理烟叶产量的比较以及各处理烟株水分代谢,根系活力以及细胞膜透性等有关生理指标的研究证明,在同等水分胁迫条件下,在不同氮肥形态处理中,NH4NO3NO3-N处理的烤烟抗旱性强,UREA和(NH4)2SO4处理的烤烟抗旱性弱。NC89的抗旱能力比K326强。 The experiment studied difference of two flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum Li ) varieties (K326 and NC89) drought resis tance with NH4NO3, NaNO3,urea and (NH4)2SO4 applied, respectively, and the four nitrogen forms on biological characteristics and leaves yield of Flue-cured tobacco. The result showed that at the same fertilizer level the positive effect of four nitrogen forms on flue-cured tobacco growth followed the order of NH4NO3>NaNO3>(NH4)2SO4>UREA, and NC89 grows well to NH4+-N and UREA in the soil, compared to K326. By comparison of yield of tobacco leaves with the four nitrogen forms applied, and moisture metabolism, nitrogen metabolism, activity of root system, cell membrane diffusions and antioxidation induced system were studied,the results showed that the drought resistance of NC89 is higher than K326,fertilizer N forms on flue-cured tobacco drought resistance followed the order of NH4NO3>NaNO3>UREA>(NH4)2SO4, at the same soil moisture stress level.
