3线切分生产工艺优化与改进

Optimization and Improvement of Three-Strands Slitting Rolling Technology

摘要 分析了3线切分生产的轧制特点,并针对3切生产中存在的料型控制难度大、容易发生堆钢事故的问题,主要提出了优化15、16、17、18架孔型、规范主控台速度调整操作、加强轧机装配工及调整工标准化作业、进行精轧机导卫、导槽、水冷线等工艺设施的改进等措施,有效地降低了调整难度,减少了堆钢事故,使产量、成材率、作业率等指标有了显著的提高。 The rolling characteristics of three-strands slitting technology were analyzed.For the difficulties in material shape control and problems of steel-heaping accidents during three-strand slitting rolling process,measures were adopted,such as,optimizing of main frame 15,16,17,18 pass;regulating console speed adjustment operation,enhancing standard operation of mill assembly and adjustment works,improving process facilities of the guide for the finishing mill,the conveyors,water lines.All the measures effectively reduced the adjustment difficulties,steel heaping accident and significantly improved the output,material yield,operation rate,and other indicators.
