摘要
四辊可逆式轧机因其转动方式可逆,所以比普通四辊轧机有着更难控制的辊系稳定性问题。通过研究四辊轧机辊系轴向窜动和水平摆动的各种现象,从辊系的装配和传动2方面入手确定使辊系不稳的影响因素并在生产中加以控制,最终实现了辊系的稳定。
The stability control of the roller system of four-high reversing mill is more difficult than other four-high mill because it's reversing working mode.Through the studying of assembly and driving motion of the mill,the un-stable factors of the rolls are determined.Measures were taken and the stability of the roller system was ensured.
