钢铁联合企业煤气系统运行模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 分析了钢铁联合企业碳素能量流网络中副产煤气子网的结构特点,指出了煤气系统是由相关的产品序列、工序设备序列、工况序列所决定了的动态有序系统,提出了煤气系统的理想运行模式以及偏离参数指标体系,并对一座钢铁联合企业做出了分析计算,描述了各个偏离参数改变对煤气系统运行模式的影响程度,为维持煤气系统安全稳定运行提供参考依据和解决方案。 The structural characteristics of the byproduct gas system subnet in the carbon energy flow network were analyzed,the research pointed out that the dynamic and orderly gas system is composed of related products and process equipment and working conditions.The ideal operating mode as well as the parameters deviate system was proposed.The deviation parameter changes in various operating modes of the gas system were described based on the analysis and calculation of a plant.This work provides reference and solutions to maintain safe and stable operation of gas system.
