摘要 以MCS8098单片机为微处理器,开发了一种汽车发动机多点喷油系统控制参数特性曲面的检测装置。用该装置实测了发动机空燃比和点火提前角特性曲面。将测量结果用于发动机的实时控制,取得了比较满意的效果。 The engine characteristics such as remarkable nonlinearity, frequent variation and indetermination make it difficult to deduce an exact mathematical model to accomplish engine online and realtime control objects. Therefore, electroniccontrolled gasoline engines widely adopt map characteristics made in advance to improve engine performances. In this paper, with the MCS 8098 single chip microprocessor as the controller, an apparatus for measuring the maps used by multipoint gasoline injection system has been developed. The composition of the system, the design of the input and output interface circuits, the gasoline injection quantity and ignition timing adjusting methods are discussed in detail in the paper. With the help of the apparatus, the map characteristics of airfuel ratio and spark advance angle of a CA488Q automotive engine were measured and good results were obtained from the engine controlled by the measured data.
