摘要
目的探讨CT容积扫描对腰椎峡部裂的诊断价值。方法应用PHILIPS Brilliance64层螺旋CT对328例腰腿痛患者行全腰椎CT容积扫描及MPR、VR和CPR等图像后处理,观察腰椎峡部裂的显示情况。结果 328例中发现腰椎峡部裂26例,占8.0%。共检出50处腰椎峡部裂,斜矢状位、曲面重建、容积再现、MPR均可清晰显示腰椎峡部裂的直接征象,椎弓关节间部的骨性缺损,包括椎弓峡部骨质增生和碎骨片等继发改变。而轴位发现峡部裂仅21例(80.8%)。结论螺旋CT容积扫描及重建技术的运用能明显提高腰椎峡部裂的检出率。
Objective To evaluate the value of volume scan in diagnosing lumbar spondyloschisis using 64-slice CT.Methods 328 patients with low back pain were performed by 64-slice spiral CT(PHILIPS Brilliance 64).The lesions of spondyloschisis were observed with the techniques of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),volume rendering(VR) and curved planar reconstruction(CPR).Results Of all the 328 cases,50 lesions of lumbar spondyloschisis were detected in 26 cases(7.98%).The direct and indirect features of lumbar spondyloschisis were revealed by oblique sagital plane,CPR,VR,MPR.But only 21cases(80.8%) were demonstrated by axial scan.Conclusion The volume scan and post-processing technique of 64-slice CT can improve the detection rate of lumbar spondyloschisis.
