摘要
根据农业机械液压系统故障的特点,应用人工智能专家系统原理和面向对象的程序设计方法,以BorlandC++4.5语言,开发了农业机械液压系统故障诊断专家系统软件。该系统采用了“规则+故障树”的知识表示方法、正向推理策略和不精确推理模型。
In the paper, based on the trouble features of a hydraulics system, using the
principles of AI Expert System and the design method of object orientation, we developed the
Troubleshooting Expert System for Hydraulics of Agricultural Machinery by Borland C++4.5
languages. The system adopts the rule+fault tree model of knowledge representation, the
forward chaining tactics and the CF model of inaccurate reasoning. It has the function of
explaining troubleshooting process, gaining the mutual knowledge and so on.This system can
greatly raise the efficiency and precision of troubleshooting for a hydraulics system. So it helps
to elevate the work productivity, the utilization ratio of machine and the efficiency of economy.
This system is a tentative attempt on expert system used in troubleshooting of hydraulics for
agricultural machineries.
