摘要
通过免疫印迹试验对山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种M1601株外膜蛋白及M1601株全菌蛋白进行了免疫原性分析,并与绵羊肺炎支原体抗血清和丝状支原体山羊亚种抗血清进行了比较,以筛选M1601株特异性的外膜蛋白。结果表明,存在于外膜蛋白中的分子质量分别为60.0和49.7 ku的蛋白是其主要的免疫原性蛋白,也是山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种区别于丝状支原体山羊亚种和绵羊肺炎支原体的主要特异性抗原,这一结论为山羊传染性胸膜肺炎的诊断和疫苗研制奠定了良好的理论基础。
The immunogenicity of outer membrane protein and whole cell protein of Mycoplasma capricolum subsp.capripneumoniae strain M1601 was analyzed by Western-blot,and compared with that of antisera of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp.capri and antisera of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae.These results indicated that 60.0ku and 49.7ku proteins were the main immunogenic proteins and the specific antigens of M.capricolum subsp.capripneumoniae was distinguished with M.mycoides subsp.capri and M.ovipneumoniae.This study laid the good theoretical foundations for diagnosis of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia(CCPP) and development of vaccines against CCPP.
