氟磺胺草醚中毒大鼠的生化指标变化和病理学观察 被引量:3

Biochemical changes and pathological observation of rats with fomesafen's toxicity

摘要 为了研究氟磺胺草醚中毒对大鼠生化指标和脏器的影响,先用简易法测定半数致死量(LD50),然后将24只大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组(1/20 LD50)、中剂量组(1/10 LD50)和高剂量组(1/5 LD50),连续攻毒8 d,采集血液和各脏器,称重测定脏器指数,用全自动生化分析仪测定血液生化指标,显微镜观察心、肝、脾、肺、肾的病理学变化。结果表明,肝指数极显著(P<0.01)增加,肾指数显著(P<0.05)增加,心脏指数极显著(P<0.01)降低。低剂量组血清中的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸转移酶(ALT)、丙氨酸转移酶(AST)、肌酐(Cr)含量与相应对照组比较都显著(P<0.05)增加,尿素氮(BUN)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量极显著(P<0.01)增加;中剂量组ALT、Cr含量与相应对照组比较都显著(P<0.05)增加,ALP、AST、BUN和LDH含量极显著(P<0.01)增加;高剂量组ALT含量与相应对照组比较显著(P<0.05)增加,ALP、AST、Cr、BUN和LDH含量极显著(P<0.01)增加。病理学观察显示,随着剂量的加大,各组织的病理变化表现得更加明显,组织损伤也越来越严重,肝和肾的病理变化更为明显。表明氟磺胺草醚同其他毒物一样,主要经肝内分解代谢,经肾排出体外,故肝、肾损伤严重。 In order to observe the toxic effect of fomesafen on biochemical indexes and tissues in rats,24 rats were divided into 4 groups(the low,middle and high dose groups and the control group) at random according to LD50.In the 8-day artificial infection of fomesafen,the organ coefficients were counted,the biochemical indexes in sera were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,and pathological changes of the heart,liver,spleen,lung,and kidney were observed.In result,the liver and kidney coefficients increased significantly and the heart coefficients decreased significantly,the contents of ALP,ALT,AST and Cr increased significantly(P0.05)and the contents of BUN and LDH increased markedly(P0.01) in the low dose group compared with the control group,the content of ALP and Cr increased significantly(P0.05) and the contents of ALP,AST BUN,and LDH increased significantly(P0.01) in the middle dose group than compared with the control group,the content of ALP increased significantly(P0.05) and the contents of ALP,AST,BUN,Cr and LDH increased significantly(P0.01) in the high dose group compared with the control group.These results showed that fomesafen led to significant pathological changes and tissue damages in all tissues,especially in the liver and kidney.
