透明保持器边缘位置不同设计对牙周健康的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究透明保持器边缘位置不同设计对牙周健康的影响。方法以32例固定矫正结束后符合要求的患者为研究对象,制作透明保持器。保持器以上、下牙弓中线为界,左侧边缘平龈乳头,基本保持在牙冠2/3高度(龈上设计),而右侧则覆盖龈缘并超过3~5mm(龈下设计)。于患者戴入保持器后第1周和6个月后各检查1次,分别记录菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙周袋内硫化物(PS),并将测量结果应用SPSS13.0软件作统计学分析。结果佩戴保持器6个月与1周时比较,发现无论龈下组还是龈上组的牙周健康指数及PS值均发生明显变化,且变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对6个月后龈下组与龈上组之间各项指标差异进行横向对比则显示前者牙周状况不如后者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明保持器对牙周组织健康有影响,且龈下边缘设计较龈上边缘设计更不利于牙周健康。
