理血方剂对不同证型银屑病患者血清γ干扰素、白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

Effect of Blood-treating Prescriptions on Serum IFN-γ,IL-6,and TNF-α of the Psoriasis Patients with Different TCM Syndromes

目的观察理血方剂对不同证型银屑病患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法 103例寻常型银屑病患者辨证分为血热型47例,血燥型31例,血瘀型25例,分别内服凉血解毒方、养血解毒方和活血解毒方。于治疗前及治疗8周后采用酶联免疫法和放射免疫法,测定血清细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),并与31例健康志愿者进行比较。结果银屑病患者治疗前IFN-γ、TNF-α及IL-6水平显著高于健康志愿者(P<0.01)。经治疗后血热、血燥、血瘀3种证型的银屑病患者血清的IFN-γ、IL-6及TNF-α含量均有不同程度的降低,其中血热证和血燥证患者IFN-γ含量与治疗前相比显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);血热证与血瘀证患者血清中的IL-6水平比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 IFN-γ、IL-6及TNF-α与银屑病病症之间有一定的相关性,但其表达水平与证型无关。

Objective To observe the regulation effect of blood-treating prescriptions on immune function of psoriasis patients with different TCM syndromes.Methods Totally 103 psoriasis vulgaris patients differentiated into 3 syndromes,including blood heat syndrome（47 patients）,blood dryness syndrome（31 patients）,and blood stasis syndrome（25 patients）,were treated with prescription of cooling blood to remove toxins,nourishing blood to remove toxins,and activating blood to remove toxins respectively.Before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）and radioimmunoassay（RIA）were adopted to determine the serum IFN-γ,IL-6,and TNF-α and compared with those of 31 healthy volunteers.Results Levels of IFN-γ,TNF-α,and IL-6 of the patients before treatment were higher significantly compared with those of healthy group（P0.01）.After treatment,they were lowered to certain degrees,of which,the level of IFN-γ of blood heat and blood dryness syndromes was significantly lowered（P0.05 and P0.01 respectively）,and the level of IL-6 of blood heat and blood stasis syndromes was significantly lowered（P0.05 and P0.01 respectively）.Conclusion There exists a certain correlation between the tested cell factors and psoriasis,but their expression is not related with TCM syndromes.
