政治资源配置对于区域公共治理一体化起着关键性的作用。当下,区域公共治理中政治资源配置面临着政府效用与公共效用、碎片化与共同利益、行政组织与行政区划、角色扮演与角色规定等诸多矛盾。资源依赖理论、网络理论、多中心理论对于区域政治资源优化配置提供了一定的理论借鉴。消解难点,优化区域政治资源配置的回应路径是:构建区域公共政策网络、完善多中心的区域公共治理机制、推进区域公共治理的制度安排。

The political resources allocation plays a vital role in regional public governance integration.Nowadays,there are many contradictions between government effectiveness and public effectiveness,fragmental interests and common interests,administractive organizations and administrative divisions,and between the role the government actually plays and the role the government required to play.The resource dependence theory,network theory and multi-center theory provide some theoretical reference.The response path to overcome difficulties and optimize regional political resources is to construct network of regional public policy,improve mechanism of multi-center regional public governance and promote institutional arrangement of regional public governance.
