主观幸福感与成就水平、抱负水平的相关性研究

The Relationships Among Subjective Well-being,Achievements and Aspirations

本研究的目的在于考察主观幸福感的影响因素,并深入分析主观幸福感同个人成就与抱负之间的关系。首先,本研究编制了抱负水平问卷和成就水平问卷。其次,本研究选取学生、政府及事业单位工作人员、技术或管理人员、工人、不固定工作者五个群体680人为被试,探讨了他们的幸福感同抱负水平、成就水平之间的关系。研究结果表明:1、个体的幸福感和成就/抱负、成就水平、抱负水平三者都存在正相关关系。2、成就/抱负值可以解释幸福感8.9%的变异量。可以列出幸福感和成就/抱负的回归方程:y(幸福感)=21.959+25.769x(成就/抱负)。成就水平和抱负水平中六个因子可以解释幸福感21%的变异量。可以列出回归方程:y(幸福感)=14.326+1.030a(被支持感)+0.686b(挫败感)+0.447c(家庭生活)-0.261d(人际融合)+0.421e(期望)-0.383f(追求优越)。两个回归方程经统计检验,都具有意义。

The study was mainhy to explore the factors affecting subjective well-being,and analyze the relationships among subjective well-being,achievements and aspirations. First,the study developed the Achievements Questionnaires and Aspirations Questionnaires,482 adults from schools,governments and institutions,enterprises,factories and 198 adults with no regular jobs were chosen. The study explored the relationships ammong Subjective well-being and some factors including aspirations,achievements. The results of this study are as follows：1. The levels between subjective well-being and some factors including achievements,aspirations,achievements/aspirations are positively correlated.2. Achievements/aspirations can explain 8.9% of the variance of subjective well-being. The regression equation is：y（Subjective Well-being）=21.959＋25.769x（achievements/aspirations）. Six factors from the Achievements Questionnaires and Aspirations Questionnaires can explain 21% of the variance of subjective well-being. The regression equation is：y（subjective well-being）=14.326＋1.030a（support）＋0.686b（frustration）＋0.447c（family life）-0.261d（relationship）＋0.421e（hope）-0.383f（pursue superior）. Two regression equations all passed statistical tests,and they are all meaningful.
