摘要
本文对酒糟废液厌氧发酵处理后消化液好氧处理进行了动态模型试验,曝气池模型采用推流式的活性污泥法工艺。结果为:当曝气池进水浓度(COD)为1500~3500mg/L(平均2000 mg/L),污泥浓度保持在2000~3500 mg MLSS/L时,出水COD可维持在500 mg/L以下,COD去除率在80%以上,BOD_5去除率可在94%左右;而当进水COD增加到3500~4800 mg/L(平均4200 mg/L)时,出水COD在990 mg/L以上(最高1300 mg/L),COD去除率只有65~75%,BOD_5在84%左右。当污泥负荷在0.4~1.0 g COD/g MLSS·d,污泥令在7~15日范围内时,COD去除率处于最佳范围80~85%内;这时,污泥沉降性能也正好处于其较好的范围内,SVI在100以下。
This paper has presented the dynemic test of the aerobic process treating the anaerobic digested effluent of wine lees liquor. The model of aeration tank was the plug-flow activated sludge system. The results are:1. When the influent COD concentration of the aeration tank was controlled in the range of 1500 to 3500 mg/L, 2000 mg/L on the average, and the sludge concentration was kept in 2000~3500mg MLSS/L, the effluent COD concentration could be remained below 500 mg/L, the COD removal above 80%, and the BOD_5 removal around 94%.2. And when the influent COD concentration was added to 3500~4800 mg/L, 4200 mg/L on the average, the effluent COD would be above 990 mg/L, and the highest value would reach 1300 mg/L, the COD removal only 65~75%, and the BOD_5 removal about 84%.3. When the sludge loading was in the range of 0.4~1.0 g COD/g MLSS·d, sludge age was 7~15 dags, the COD removal could reach in the best range of 80~85%, and the property of sludge settling was also in better range, SVI was below 100.
