摘要
采用问卷调查法对教师工作动机结构进行分析的结果表明,教师的工作动机有关系动机、成就动机、自主动机、兴趣动机和生存动机五个维度;男教师在关系动机、自主动机、兴趣动机取向上的得分显著高于女教师;无行政职务教师自主动机的得分显著高于有行政职务兼职教师的得分;不同工作年限的教师在工作动机结构上不存在显著差异。
A questionnaire about teacher's job motivation shows that teachers are motivated by the following five factors: to construct social ties, to make achievements, to do things with free wills, to fulfill one's dreams and make a living. Male teachers are motivated more by constructing social ties, doing things with free wills and fulfilling dreams than female teachers; to do things with free wills is preferred by teachers without any administrative post, while those in administrative position are clearly not interested in this factor; age doesn't play any role in the alternatives of these factors.
