推进高等中医药院校的大学英语教学改革 培养学生自主学习能力

Reforming College English Teaching and Promoting Students’ Independent Study Potentials in Universities and Colleges of TCM

上海中医药大学结合英语教学改革实践,探讨学生自主学习能力培养及其影响因素。通过对学生需求、课堂内外自主学习能力培养以及自主学习的支持体系和课外语言实践活动等方面进行分析,提出了进一步促进课堂教学与课外学习、语言学习与实践以及教师指导与学生自主发展相结合,从而改善学生自主学习能力的建议。

Based on the ongoing English teaching reform in the Shanghai University of TCM, the paper discusses how to cultivate the students＇ independent study potentials and remove obstacles. Analysis is made concerning students’ requirement, development of their independent study potentials in and out of classroom. Suggestions are made in terms of reform of classroom teaching, after school activities, language study and practice , and teacher’s instruction and students’ independent study.
