奥硝唑联用左氧氟沙星引起严重血细胞减少症状案例分析

Analysis of the symptoms of serious cytopenia caused by combination of ornidazole and levofloxacin:one case report

目的:分析研究奥硝唑联合应用左氧氟沙星引起严重血细胞减少症状的原因及其防治。方法:对1例奥硝唑联用左氧氟沙星引起严重血细胞减少症状案例进行用药分析。结果:奥硝唑联用左氧氟沙星1周左右可引起血液系统毒性加大。结论:医务人员应遵循卫生部颁发的《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,合理联用抗菌药物,降低药物不良反应的发生。

Objective：To analyze the cause and prevention of serious cytopenia duo to the application of ornidazole and levofloxacin.Methods：One case of serious cytopenia caused by combination of ornidazole and levofloxacin was analyzed.Results：The hemological toxicity was exacerbated when the combined ornidazole and levofloxacin were used over about one week.Conclusion：Medical staff should follow the Guidelines for Clinical Application of Antibacterial published by Ministry of Health,and reasonably use the combination of antibiotics to reduce the incidence of severe adverse drug reactions.
