高效液相色谱法测定益心酮软胶囊中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的含量

Determination of Rhamnosylvitexin in Yixintong soft capsules by HPLC

目的:建立益心酮软胶囊中牡荆素鼠李糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Shimadzu C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-甲醇-乙腈-水-乙酸(30∶3∶2∶120∶3),检测波长330 nm。结果:牡荆素鼠李糖苷在0.05～0.5 mg.mL-1之间线性良好,r=0.999 9;加样回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.70%(n=9)。结论:该方法重现性良好,结果准确可靠,可作为检测益心酮软胶囊质量的方法。

Objective：To develop a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）method for the content determination of Rhamnosylvitexin in Yixintong soft capsules.Methods：The separation was performed on a Shimadzu C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuran,methanol,acetonitrile,water and acetic acid（30∶3∶2∶120∶3）.The detection wavelength was 330nm.Results：The assay was validated in the range of 0.05～0.5mg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 100.2%（RSD=1.70%,n=9）.Conclusion：The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of rhamnosylvitexin in Yixintong soft capsules.
