摘要
介绍一种超大型钢桁梁在专用制作场地内整孔组焊及装车出场运往附近桥梁架设现场的方法与设备,它们是专门为120m跨度双层4线公铁两用钢桁梁(每孔自重30000kN,断面尺寸:宽×高=32.74m×12.0m)而创立的整孔组焊与装车出场一体化的新技术和新装备,也是一项有重大经济效益的开创性科技成果。其核心技术使装配完工的钢桁梁装车运输一体化,无需使用任何大型吊机辅助。
This paper introduces a new assembly technique of fabrication in whole span with hoisting and transportation of the superlarge steel truss girder（120 m span）for highway and railway,the special fabricating and assembly welding yard is nearby the steel bridge site,there are a series of special equipments,including a special welding supporting platform and long span girder transporting vehicle,which combines welding,hoisting and transporting the shaped steel truss girder.These equipments and technique are the scientific results with great economic benefit.
