高原地区柴油机燃用生物柴油混合燃料排放特性研究 被引量:4

Study of emission characteristics of diesel engine fueled with biodiesel blends in plateau region

摘要 在高原环境(81kPa)下,对4100QBZL型柴油机燃用不同配比生物柴油混合燃料后的排放特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:与燃用柴油相比,各工况下,HC、CO和碳烟的排放均有不同程度的降低(分别平均下降4.5%~38.4%、15.4%~43.9%和12.5%~65.5%),高负荷低转速工况下效果尤为明显;NOx的排放也得到明显改善,只有纯生物柴油的NO。排放较柴油上升了0%~2.1%,其他指标均下降(平均下降4.4%~4.9%)。综合考虑,燃用掺混比为30%以内的生物柴油混合燃料,能同时有效地降低HC、CO、NOx和碳烟的排放。 The experimental study on emission characteristics of 4100QBZL diesel engine fueled with biodiesel blends in different ratios was conducted in high altitude conditions(at 81 kPa).The test results show that compared with diesel fuel,at all operating conditions,HC,CO and soot emissions are reduced in different degree(4.5% to 38.4% for HC,15.4% to 43.9% for CO,and 12.5% to 65.5% for soot.),and at higher load and lower speed condition,the emission reductions are particularly significant,the NOx emissions are also reduced significantly,only fueled with pure biodiesel,NOx emissions are increased slightly(by 0% to 2.1%).In general,using the biodiesel blends with mixing ratio of less than 30%,it can effectively reduce HC,CO,NOx and soot emissions.
