摘要
在室内常温静水条件下,采用三氯异氰尿酸(6个梯度)对斑点叉尾(?)进行急性毒性试验。结果显示:24、48、72、96小时半致死浓度分别为9.6、8.7、7.2、6.2 mg/L,安全浓度0.62 mg/L。
Under the conditions of interior ambient temperature and water,the acute toxicity testes of the use of Trichloroisocyanuric Acid(six gradients)to Channel catfish were conducted.The results showed that:The semi-lethal concentrations of 24h,48h,72h,96h were 9.6 mg/L,8.7 mg/L,7.2 mg/ L,6.2 mg/L.The safety concentration was 0.62 mg/ L.Pay attention to the pH of water and the impact of alkaline medium when used.
