全球服务外包发展的新趋势及我国的发展路径

Analysis of the Bottleneck Restricting the Development of China's Service Outsourcing and the Breakthrough Strategy

随着经济全球化的发展,服务外包已成为当今全球新一轮产业革命和转移中不可逆转的必然趋势。我国作为最重要的服务外包承接发展中国家,如何抓住这个机遇,促进我国经济发展再上一个新台阶。为此,文章在探研全球服务外包发展新趋势以及制约我国服务外包发展因素的基础上,提出了我国应制定发展服务业外包的鼓励政策措施;以发展日韩服务外包市场为立足点,逐步开拓欧美市场;加强对服务业外包人才的培养和引进;进一步办好服务外包示范城市;营造好的知识产权保护环境等发展路径。

With the development of economic globalization,service outsourcing has become a necessary trend for the new round of global industrial revolution and transfer.At present,China,as the most important outsourcee developing country in the world,should research on how to grasp this opportunity to further promote the development of our national economy.This paper,on the basis of analyzing the development status of China＇s service outsourcing,the bottleneck in restricting the development,and the new development trend of the world service outsourcing,puts forward the breakthrough strategies which include： consider the development of service outsourcing from a strategic viewpoint,make incentive policies for the development of service outsourcing,develop the European market gradually from the standing point of developing the Japanese and Korean outsourcing markets,strengthen the cultivation and introduction of service outsourcing talents,create a good environment for strengthening intellectual property protection,etc.
