摘要
本研究对不同条件下,用不同成分的稀释液保存布尔山羊精液的效果进行了对比试验。试验证明,选用A液(30g/L葡萄糖、13g/L柠檬酸钠和1g/L乙二胺四乙酸钠),按50mL/L加入卵黄,稀释布尔山羊精液,在常温(15~21℃)和低温(4℃)条件下分别保存30h和96h,其活力分别为0.50和0.52,可完全满足输精要求;选用B液(54g/L葡萄糖和10g/L柠檬酸钠),进行细管冷冻保存布尔山羊精液,冻后精子的活力为0.56;B液中分别按2.5g/L添加VE或按25mmol/L添加VC,其冻后活力分别达到0.58和0.60。A液在常温和低温条件下保存精液的效果优于B液,而B液的冷冻效果优于A液。
In different conditions, the comparing trial of
keeping sperm in Boer Gaots was studied. A solution contains 30 g/L glucose, 13 g/L sodium
citrate and 1 g/L editic acid (EDTA). Sperm were diluted with A solution containing 50 mL/L egg
yolk,on 15 ̄21 for 30 h, its viability is 0.50; on 4 for 96 h, it viability is 0.52. B solition
contains 54 g/L glucose and 10 g/L sodium citrate. Boer Goats sperm in the straw were frozen
with B solution, of Which the viability is 0.56; sperm in straw were frozen with B solution
containing 2.5 g/L VE,its viability is 0.58; sperm in straw were frozen B solution containing 25
mmol/L VC, its viability is 0.60. on 15 ̄21 and 4 conditions, the result of keeping sperm with A
solutin is better than B solution; the result of freezing sperm with B solition is better than A
solutiobn
