雄性生殖系统中电压依赖性阴离子通道蛋白的表达和意义

摘要 电压依赖性阴离子通道(voltage-dependent anion channels,VDAC)又称线粒体穿孔蛋白(mitochondrial Porins),是一种由核基因编码,在细胞质内核糖体中合成的膜蛋白,1976年由Schein等首先在Paramecium aurelia线粒体外膜上分离鉴定。VDAC存在于所有真核生物的线粒体外膜。不同物种的VDAC有数量不等的表达基因和蛋白亚型,但功能上进化保守,
