应用化学发光法测定肉鸡全血及组织SOD活性的研究

Study on the Determination of SOD Activity in the Whole Blood and Tissues of Broilers by Chemiluminescence

本文应用化学发光法测定了健康肉鸡全血、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏和胰腺ＳＯＤ活性，并进行了化学发光法测定ＳＯＤ活性的精密度试验。结果表明，该方法灵敏度高，重复性好（ＣＶ为２．６３％），操作简便，适合用于兽医临床检验和筛选抗氧化药物的研究。

The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the whole blood,liver,kidney,spleen and pancreas of healthy broilers was determined by chemiluminescence(CL).The precision of the CL was also tested in the liver sample.Th results showed that the CL method in determining SOD activity could be used in the diagnosis and research for many animal diseases with its high sensitivity,good repeatability (CV=2.63%) and simple operation.
