摘要
本文研究了染料厂含硝基酚钠废水治理的方法。利用邻硝基酚和对硝基酚的水溶性的差异,用沉淀法分离出邻硝基酚,然后用萃取法从沉淀尾液中提取对硝基酚,萃余液中残留的硝基酚,用电解法分解。结果表明,该法可以有效地从废水中提取和分离出符合产品要求的邻硝基酚和对硝基酚钠产品,并使排放水中酚符合国家标准,同时达到了回收酚资源和消除污染的目的。此方法研究成功,为此类废水治理提供了一条有效、可行的途径。
This paper presents the method of treatment of waste water containing nitrophenol sodium from dye plant. It utilizes the difference of solubility between o-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol. The o-nitdopenol is separated by the precipitated method. Then the p-nitrophenol is extracted from o-nitrophenol-precipitating waste solution with soluent extraction method. The remainder nitrophenol in liquid solution after extraction is decomposed with the electrohytic method. The experimental results showed the products of o-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol sodium could effectively be extracted and separated from waste water. The concentrations of phenol in waste water discharged have come up to the national permitted criterion for discharge.
