基于耦合理论的旅游业与新农村建设协调发展研究

A Research on the Coordinated Development of Tourism and of New Rural Construction Based on the Coupling Theory

建设中国特色社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,也是国家"十一五"规划中解决"三农"问题的战略方向。旅游业符合新农村建设中的资源节约、环境友好型和谐社会的国策取向。我国是一个农业大国,建设新农村任务艰巨。为了发挥旅游业在加快新农村建设方面的主要作用,文章提出基于耦合理论的旅游业和新农村建设协调发展研究,构建旅游业和新农村建设的耦合模型,并进行评价,最后得出结论。

Building a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics in China＇s modernization process is a major historic task, which is the national ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ to resolve the ＂Three Rural Issues＂ strategic direction. The tourism industry is in line with the new countryside construction in a resource-conserving and environment-friendly policy orientation of a harmonious society. China is a large agricultural country, whose arduous task is to build a new countryside. In order to play the tourism industry to accelerate the construction of new rural areas the primary role of this paper, coupling theory is proposed for tourism and the coordinated development of new rural development research. The coupled model of tourism and building a new countryside construction with the evaluation, and finally a conclusion can be drawn.
