聚醚砜超滤膜及其热稳定性 被引量:9

摘要 研究了以聚乙二醇为添加剂的聚醚矾(PES)超过滤膜,考察了PES浓度、溶剂种类(DMF、DMA、NMP)、环境湿度对膜性能的影响。在R·H60~80%下(当PES浓度为18.2%时),用NMP为溶剂制备的超滤膜,对牛血清蛋白(M=68000)的截留率>98%,透水率可达50 ml/(cm^2·h)。考察了PES膜在室温至158℃范围内,温度对膜截留率、含水率、红外光谱结构的影响,同时用电镜考察了在加热台上PES膜在室温至150℃范围内断面微观结构的变化。 The PES ultrafiltration membranes with PEG additive were studied. The influences of the concentration of PES, the sorts of solvent (DMA, DMF, NMP) and the environmental humidity on the performances of PES ultrafiltration membranes were observed. The PES ultrafiltration membranes retention ratio of bovine serum albumin (BSA, M=68000) is more than 98% with a 50 ml/(cm^2·h) of water flux when the PES ultrafiltration membranes is obtained in coditions: R. H is 60—80%, concentration of PES is 18.2% and NMP is used as solvent.The influences of temperature on the retention ratio, moisture content and infrared absorption spectrum were observed when the temperature raise from 25℃ to 158℃. On the heating stage, the variation of sectional microstructure of PES ultrafiltration membranes were observed with the scanning electron microscope when the temperature raise 25℃ to 150℃.
