重组人粒细胞刺激因子在乳癌治疗中不良反应的分析

Adverse reactions of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in breast cancer treatment

目的:分析在乳腺癌治疗中重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:收集并分析2006年1月至2009年11月我科重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致不良反应病例。结果:重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液致不良反应,临床表现多数为过敏反应,反应较轻,尚有罕见严重的不良反应。结论:临床应重视重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液使用的安全性问题。

Objective ： To analyze the adverse drug reaction in the clinical application of recombinant human gran- ulocyte colony -stimulating factor （rhG - CSF）. Methods： cases suffered from adverse drug reaction of rhG - CSF from January- 2006 to November 2009 were collected and analyzed. Results： Most of adverse drug reactions induced by rhG - CSF manifested as allergic reactions and are not serious. Conclusion ： More attention should be paid on safety of rhG - CSF.
