吉西他滨联合表柔比星治疗转移性肝癌的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察吉西他滨联合表柔比星方案治疗转移性肝癌的疗效。方法:吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注,30分钟滴完,第1,8天;表柔比星60mg/m2,静脉推注,第1天,21天为一周期。连用2-3周期。结果:45例可评价疗效患者,共化疗113个周期,肿瘤完全缓解(CR)0例,部分缓解(PR)34例,稳定(SD)7例,进展(PD)4例。总有效率为64.4%,其中鼻咽癌肝转移有效率为66.7%,胰腺癌肝转移有效率为83.3%,乳腺癌肝转移有效率80%,非小细胞性肺癌肝转移有效率52.9%,胃癌肝转移有效率62.5%。结论:吉西他滨联合表柔比星治疗转移性肝癌,是安全有效的,尤其是胰腺癌及乳腺癌肝转移疗效尤为显著。 Objective : To observe the effect of gemcitabine combinded with epirubicin in the treatment of metastatic liver cancer. Methods: Gemcitabine 1000mg/m^2intravenously, 30 minutes, at the day ; Epirubicin 60mg/m^2 intravenously at the first day . A course of treatment included 21 days. Results:Among 45 patients, altogether completed chemotherapy 113 cycles, CR 0, PR 34 , SD 7 , PD 4 cases. The total effectivrate was 64.4% , in which nasopharyngeal - cancer liver shifts metastasis effectivene rate was 66.7% ,from pancreas was 83.3% , breast cancer 80% ,non -small cell lung cancer 52.9%, stomach -cancer 62.5%. Conclusion: Gemcitabine combined with epirubicin treatment of mctastatic liver cancer, is safe and effective, particular in the cancer of the pancreas and breast cancer.
