改良MTT药敏分析在成骨肉瘤个体化治疗中的意义

Drug sensitive test of primary osteosarcoma cell with MTT colorimetry

目的:为提高骨肉瘤患者的治疗有效率,通过改良MTT药敏分析,研究成骨肉瘤药物敏感性,探讨成骨肉瘤个体化治疗的可行性。方法:通过收集新鲜骨肉瘤组织收集培养骨肉瘤细胞,以MTT比色法观察6种常用化疗药对骨肉瘤细胞增殖的影响。结果:骨肉瘤细胞对MTX,紫杉醇和5-FU敏感性强,生长抑制率达到50.06%,48.35%和47.13%。结论:通过对骨肉瘤细胞进行MTT药敏分析研究,选择性地对患者开展个体化化疗,对提高骨肉瘤治愈率有重要的意义。

Objective： To study osteosareoma drug sensitivity and improve the effect of osteosarcoma treatment. Methods：Osteosarcoma cells were prepared from fresh osteosarcoma tissues. Observing the influence of six kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs to the cell proliferation of osteosarcoma cell by MTT colorimetry. Results：Osteosarcoma cells were more sensitive to MTX, Paclitaxe and 5 - FU. The result of MTT showed the inhibitory rates were 50.06% ,48. 35% and 47.13% respectively. Conclusion：The chemotherapeutics drug sensitivity test of osteosarcoma cells plays an important role to improve curative effect.
