山西电大在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动,必须明确总体要求和目标任务,准确把握活动内容,围绕主题、联系实际、立足岗位开展创先争优活动。在此基础上,还应以"项目制"为载体开展创先争优活动,把"工作学习化和学习工作化"作为创先争优的首要项目和经常性项目,因为创先争优是山西电大发展的持久动力,要分层面开展创先争优活动。
