基层电大教学点教职工积极性的激发与保护——汾西个案初探

Stimulation and Protection of Positivity of the Teaching Staff in Grass-root Level TV University——Taking Fenxi Cases as an Example

基层教学点是电大系统办学的前哨和根据地,也是电大事业发展的大后方,激发人员积极性是发挥电大系统办学优势的关键所在,所以对教职工积极性的探讨就尤为迫切。学校常规管理应从愿景教育等四个方面对教职工的积极性进行激发与保护,通过采取这些具体措施和方法,以期对问题的解决有所促进。

The grass-roots TV University is the outpost and the base area for the teaching of TV University,and it is also the home for the development of the TV University.To arouse the positivity of the stuff is the key to develop the advantage of running school.Therefore,how to arouse the positivity is very essential.In the article,the author puts forward some specific measures and methods for arousing and protecting the positivity of the stuff from 4 aspects of the convention management in school in order to do some useful thing for the salvation of the problem.
