摘要
教师的激励问题对于电大的可持续发展具有重大意义。目前,电大的教师激励机制仍存在诸多问题,针对近年来电大教师的激励现状及产生的原因,提出了相应的解决措施,从而激发电大教师潜能,促进电大教育更好更快地发展。
It is quite important for the sustainable development of TV University to have the incentive mechanism of teacher.Nowadays,there are a lot of problems in the incentive mechanism.Be aimed at those problems,the author gives us some measures to inspire the teachers＇ potential and to promote the educational development of TV University.
