结合行动导向研究的理论,通过对高职建筑类专门用途英语"行动导向、任务驱动"教学模式的探索实践,旨在说明高等职业院校在专门用途英语教学中推行行动导向、任务驱动教学模式有利于激励学生实现专业英语学习目标,培养学生的职业英语综合素养,提高他们的就业竞争力。

The author discusses the application of ＂behavior-oriented,task-based＂teaching mode,which is based on the behavior-oriented theory,in architectural ESP teaching in higher vocational college.The teaching reform indicates that this mode is a practical way for vocational college to motivate the students to achieve positive outcomes in their professional English study and cultivate students＇ English competence therefore to improve their employability and competitiveness in the future.
