试论我省农村职业教育的问题及对策

On the Problems of Rural Vocational Education in Our Province and Strategies

为推动我省农村职业技术教育进一步深化改革,适应农业现代化、产业化和农村城镇化发展的需求,我们就农村职业技术教育对48县进行了调研。农业要发展,农民要致富,农村要改变现状,农村职业教育就必须摆脱现实困境。对制约我国农村职业教育发展的传统思想观念、职教体系、经费投入和办学模式等因素进行了分析探讨,提出了发展农村职业教育的对策、建议,建立和完善具有中国特色的农民职业教育体系和机制,是农村居民和农村经济全面发展的保障。

To promote the reform of rural vocational technology education further,to meet the requirements of rural modernization,industrialization,and urbanization of agriculture,we did some researches on rural vocational technology education in 48 counties in our province.In order to develop agriculture,to enrich farmers,to change what rural areas are,rural vocational technology education must get rid of difficulties they are facing now.The paper analyzes such factors as traditional ideological ideas,rural vocational education system,funds put into,formulas of setting up a school,which stop our rural vocational technology education from advancing,and puts forward some suggestions to develop rural vocational technology education,and come to the conclusions that building up and improving rural vocational technology education with Chinese characteristics can ensure overall development of rural farmers and rural areas.
