摘要
[目的]金纹细蛾是近年来苹果树发生的一种重要害虫,多采用化学药剂进行防治。为了寻找有效的防治药剂,按照“农药田间药效试验准则”,在山西太谷进行了50%吡虫啉·杀虫环SP防治苹果金纹细蛾田间药效试验。[结果]在金纹细蛾发生盛期,以50%吡虫啉·杀虫环SP 250.0-500.0mg a.i./L剂量叶面喷雾,药后5、10、15d的防效分别为75.3%~89.0%、81.7%~89.7%和79.8%-91.7%,与单剂10%吡虫啉WP33.3mga.i./L和50%杀虫环SP400,0mga.i-/L处理的防效相当,相当于或好于埘照药剂25%除虫脲WP166.7mga.i./L处理的防效。[结论]50%gk虫啉·杀虫环SP对苹果金纹细蛾具有良好的防治效果,对苹果树安全,可在生产上推广使用,推荐使用剂量为250.0-500.0mga.i./L。
[Aims] The Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats is one of the most important pests of apple orchard in resent years, and it was mostly controlled by chemical insecticides. In order to screen effective insecticides, the effect of imidacloprid-thiocyelam 50% SP on control of L. ringoniella in field was examined in Taigu of Shanxi Province according to Guidelines for the field efficacy Trials. [Results] Imidacloprid-thiocyclam 50% SP with dosages of 250.0 to 500.0 mg a.i./L had an excellent effect to control the leafminer. The control effects were 75.3-89.0%, 81.7- 89.7%, 79.8-91.7% at 5, 10 and 15 days after spraying treatment respectively. Its control effect was similar to that by using imidaeloprid 10% WP with 33.3 mg a.i./L or thioeyclam 50% SP with 400.0 mg a.i./L or diflubenzuron 25% WP with 166.7 mg a.i./L. [Conclusions] lmidaeloprid-thiocyclam 50% SP was safe to apple tree, and a potential candidate for the L. ringoniella control. Spray dosage with 250.0-500.0 mg a.i./L was recommended.
