摘要
【目的】建立超临界CO2萃取蜂胶软胶囊中黄酮类化合物的测定方法。【方法】以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定以蜂胶超临界CO2萃取物为原料的蜂胶软胶囊中总黄酮的含量。【结果】测得数据稳定,回收率为102.84%;线性范围分别为8.224～49.344μg/ml。【结论】该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for the Determination of Flavonoids in Supercritical CO2 extraction propolis soft capsule.Methods：Rutin was used for comparison. Spectrophotometric was employed to the content of flavonoids in supercritical CO2 extraction for propolis raw propolis soft capsule.Result：Measured data is stable.The Hesperidin＇s spotting recovery were 102.84%. linear range of methods was 8.224-49.344μg/ml .Conclusion The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. The method can be used for quality control of the products.
